Delayed, lost, or damaged orders

- Open a tracking enquiry with the carrier within 1 working day.
- Issue a replacement or full refund once the carrier confirms loss or damage.
- Cover return postage costs if a damaged item needs to be returned.
Cold chain
Lyophilised peptides are stable at room temperature in transit. On arrival, store at -20°C protected from light. Reconstituted peptides are stored at 2–8°C and used within the stability window stated on the batch Certificate of Analysis.
